Has my order been shipped yet?
Your order will be shipped within the timeframe listed on the product sales page.
Because our personalized jewelry is custom-made just for you, please allow approximately 14–21 days for processing and shipment.
For non-personalized pieces, orders are typically shipped within 7–12 days.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us — we're happy to help!Y
Please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
Returns
We offer refunds on non-personalized jewelry within 30 days of delivery.
Because personalized jewelry is custom-made specifically for you, all personalized jewelry orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours.
If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?
Because we work with multiple production partners, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.
However, you may email us within 2–4 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to see if your request can be accommodated.
If your request is not able to be processed, we will notify you by email.
My order is still not here please help?
If your package has not been received within the delivery timeframe provided on the product page or at checkout, please contact us.
We will investigate the matter, and if necessary, your item may be resent or a refund may be issued.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.
I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
